✅ SMW2024 will be held offline.
✅ All ticket prices include VAT.
☑️ Ticket payment methods are available with a card through PayPal.
☑️ If you have purchased a STUDENT PASS ticket, you must show your ID and student ID at the event registration desk on the day of the event.
📌 If you do not bring your ID and student ID on the day of the event, additional payment will be processed at the regular ticket price
☑️ Pre-registration tickets won’t be sent out in advance but will be picked up on-site.
☑️ If you purchase more than 5 tickets, please contact the secretariat. (A 20% discount code will be issued)

Refund Policy

✔️ 8 days before the event starts: 100% Refund
✔️ 1 day before the event starts: 90% Refund
✔️ On the day of the event: No Refunds
